Frequent Asked Questions – Visitors and Bike Shop Owners

Does EBA trade electric bikes or related accessories?

No. We don’t commercialize or trade any electric bike or related accessories currently in the market. Our goal is to give you an idea of what we think about them.

Most times we receive a lot of inquires about how to repair a damage element or why something is not working well.

We love to help and try to guide you if we can but, we DO NOT build any of them. It is always best to contact the manufacturer directly .

Before Submitting your Bike Shop Details

The very first step you should do is to visit and read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

How many bike shops can I submit?

If you own more than one bike shop, you can submit as many as you want. You just need to make sure the correct address is typed and the listing category.

What are the bike shop image requirements?

Before uploading any bike shop images / logo, please ensure they are optimized. What is an optimized image? The size of the images should be no more than 50kb and 300×300.

The system will not allow you to submit if images are over the standard.

What is a free and a premium listing?

Free Listing

If you decide to go for the free listing, you just need to fill up all the mandatory (*) fields.

Bike shop owners or managers will be able to list for free in the directory page. Visitors will be able to find all the shop information (address, website, business hrs, etc).

Once you submit the details, we will receive your application for approval. If there is any item that needs clarification, we will get back to you before going live.

Once all is approved, your listing will be seen ONLY in the ebike shop directory section, where visitor can review for information. Your listing may not be necessarily at the top of the ranks.

Premium Listing

The premium listing is similar to the free one but with additional features.

  • Benefits

It will get your business on top of the EBA search page. This is good but what makes if great is that the business can be featured in specific articles / electric bike reviews we may have.

If your bike shop has an ebike a visitor would like to physically see and potentially buy, this is the best way to get their interest and find your business.

You just have to tell us where you would like to be featured and for how long.

  • Fee

The cost of featuring your business is only discussed with you if there is a genuine interest in advertising with us.

If you go ahead with the premium listing, we will send you an invoice payable before going live.

You can pay by using any of the available methods (Credit Card or Paypal (preferred)).

How to upgrade from free to premium listing?

No matter if you have chosen to go for a free listing, you can always upgrade your package anytime.

You just need to send your request in writing by either the contact us page or by emailing at [email protected]

What listing option should I go for my bike shop?

There is a couple of aspects to think about:

  • You have an ebike model that we have reviewed. If so,
  • Do you want to promote it?

We would always recommend Bike Shops to go for the Premium Listing if the two (2) above conditions apply.

Does EBA offer a trial to see the results of the listings?

Yes, indeed. In order to give you a feeling of security with your small monthly investment, we are offering a one (1) month trial on your first premium listing.

This is not applicable for additional listings you may want to submit.

After this first month, if you have not downgraded you listing (to the free one), we will send an invoice for the next month and take it as you want to continue promoting with us.

If you don’t want to continue with the premium listing, you must contact us or send an email to [email protected] at least 2 days before your trial ends.

We will send a friendly reminder about the expiration of your trial so there is no surprises on your side.

I want to promote one of the ebikes but there is no review on EBA, what then?

If we don’t have any of the models your business is currently selling, we would be more than happy to publish a review.

To publish one, we can either:

  • Visit your store so we run through the review. We would film and take photos for quality.
  • You can share a video reviewing the ebike. From here, we just create the text and embed the video so visitors are more engaged.
